Warrior Armament

This course will cover the Maryland 16 Hr. requirement for Hand Gun Permit (CCW). If you are in need to of the Maryland HQL there is an additional fee add the HQL fee to your cart. If you need to rent a handgun add the rental to your cart. Be sure to add that to your cart. There May be a $40.00 range fee that is to be paid to the range. Depending on location of range and they may require the ammo to be purchased from them. First day will be classroom setting and NO ammo will be allowed in class room. All firearms and range bags will be checked before entry to class room. Round count is up to 200 rounds for this class. Items that you will be required to bring are, Your handgun, outside the waistband holster, magazine holster for 1 magazines, 3 Magazines and your concealment garment. Bring your Lunch and drinks with you.

Lesson 1- Firearms Safety (1 hour)
Lesson 2- Pistol nomenclature and selecting a pistol for self defense (1 hour)
Lesson 3- Ammunition knowledge and defensive ammunition selection (1 hour)
Lesson 4- Basic defensive pistol skills (2 hours)
Lesson 5- Drawing from concealment (2 hours)
Lesson 6- Loading and stoppage remediation (1 hour)
Lesson 7- Mindset (2 hours)
Lesson 8- Carry modes and pistol concealment (2hours)
Lesson 9- Firearms cleaning (1Hour)
Lesson 10- Sport shooting and Training activities (1 hour)

Maryland Law as needed / required

Defense shooting and qualifications ( remaining time in the class )

You will receive a NRA Basic CCW certification and the Maryland State Police HGP qualification sheet upon a passing score.

There will be a handgun Carry Insurance Rep that will come out and discuss your options.
